My name is Adhel. The purpose of my site is to facilitate change. I am a firm believer in Meditation and Reiki to help guide you towards your inner realm. The aim is to assist you in finding your own path to freedom, to liberation, to your own adventures, ultimately a shining of the inner light that we need switching on. Sometimes with a little help! We all have the potential to change and bring afront qualities to become our best. Through receiving Reiki we can make that happen!
